Abstract353)   HTML    PDF (2461KB)(193)
A new type of waterborne self⁃emulsifying polyester⁃poly was synthesized from itaconic acid (IA), 1,4⁃butanediol (BDO), sodium itaconate (IsNa) and undecylenic acid (UA). (Itaconic acid butylene glycol⁃co⁃undecenoic acid butylene glycol) ester (PBIINa⁃UA), which could be cured into a film by a UV⁃induced thiol⁃ene click reaction. The structure, interfacial tension and tensile strength of the cured film were analyzed by infrared spectrometer, nuclear magnetic resonance instrument, interfacial tension meter and electronic universal tensile machine. The results show that the synthesized aqueous polyester has a certain self⁃emulsification performance, and the paint film obtained by the thiol⁃ene reaction curing has lower oxygen inhibition than the conventional heat curing paint film. When the ratio of sulfonic acid group to double bond in PBIINa⁃UA is 1∶10, and the mass fraction of initiator is 1.5%, the obtained lacquer film get the best performance.

Stress Calculation of Pipeline under Flood Disaster
Liu Xu,Wang Yue
Abstract343)   HTML    PDF (1130KB)(135)
In order to study the interaction of flowing hydrodynamic force, buoyancy, pipe body, gravity of conveying medium and resistance of soil foundation on pipeline, the mechanical analysis model of pipeline under flood was established. The stress and strain of pipeline were calculated by numerical analysis method and finite element method. The results show that the calculation results of the two methods are close. Based on the finite element model, the effects of flood velocity and crossing distance on pipeline stress and strain are analyzed. The results show that when the velocity is greater than 3.0 m/s, the stress and strain of the pipeline increase with the increase of the velocity. When the crossing distance increases, the maximum stress and axial strain of the pipeline at the embankment gradually increase, but the increase decreases. When the crossing distance is less than 160 m, the stress and axial strain of the pipeline in the middle of the river increase with the increase of the crossing distance, and when the crossing distance is more than 160 m, the stress and axial strain decrease slightly with the increase of the crossing distance. The safety assessment of the buried suspended pipeline of Yulin⁃Jinan Railway is carried out. The results show that the immediate stress is 178 MPa, and the suspended pipeline is safe.

Analysis of Residue Oil Conversion Process
Liu Xu, Zhao Dezhi, Song Guanlong
Abstract436)      PDF (2950KB)(478)
Crude oil has the tendency to become heavier and inferior, and thus the processing and utilization of the residue is the major subject in oil refining industry. According to its physical properties, chemical structures and processing methods, the processes data about thermal conversion reaction, resin and asphaltene, saturate and aromatics, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, desulfurization and denitrification has been summarized and analyzed, and results showed that dealkylation and condensation of resin and asphaltene would occur, and ring-opening and dealkylation reaction of saturate and aromatics would happen, and hydrogenation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons went through carbonium reaction mechanism, while the denitrogenation and desulfurization of residue was based on Lewis acid base interaction.

HUANG Yue-yang, LI Ping, LIU Xuan-yu
Abstract419)      PDF (232KB)(306)
The technology of BP neural network was applied to the predictive control algorithm which was studied. The BP neural network was used to implement identity and multistep prediction. A new type of nonlinear chaotic map was introduced into the learning algorithm of neural network parameters in order to realizing the weight regulation. The weight of the network was modified to create a reasonable multistep predictive model. Control law was modified by the deviation between the multistep predictive outputs sequence of the network and the set point sequence of the system. Simulation results show that the proposed method is effective.
